Justin Le, a Florida-based insurance agent specializing in workers' compensation, witnessed firsthand how the constant turnover of Customer Service Representatives created an endless cycle of training and inefficiency. Every new hire meant weeks of onboarding, countless errors, and mounting frustration from both staff and clients.
